Craig Goddy is an associate in the Litigation Department of Treiser Collins. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of general commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and insurance defense work on behalf of corporations and other business entities. Included within his practice is defending claims arising under insurance policies on behalf of insurers. In addition, a substantial portion of Mr. Goddy's practice involves handling a wide range of claims for several major financial institutions including mortgage foreclosure actions and general litigation matters involving banks.
Mr. Goddy has also devoted a portion of his practice to the representation of business entities in general and commercial litigation. In that regard, he has prosecuted claims or defended claims on behalf of major corporations and small businesses in a variety of types of commercial and business litigation, including breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, property damage claims, commercial evictions, real estate litigation, personal injury claims and title disputes.
