Treiser Collins represents Condominiums and Homeowners Association in the day-to-day operations of their communities. Specifically, this means advising Property Managers and members of the Board of Directors on the interpretation, amendment and enforcement of governing documents and restrictive covenants. Additionally, Community Association clients receive counsel on the application of Florida Statutes, Florida Case Law, and Federal Laws impacting their communities. Our attorneys also assist on fiscal matters, maintenance and repair issues, contracts for goods and services, and the collection of delinquent assessments.
