Diane is a paralegal in our litigation department. Working under the direction of attorney Richard M. Treiser, since 1993, her specialty is in the area of commercial and real estate litigation with particular emphasis on creditors’ rights in secured and unsecured debt collection and judgment enforcement, art-related litigation; commercial landlord/tenant matters, mortgage foreclosures, business/commercial litigation, personal injury and divorce matters.
Diane has over 20 years of legal experience. Originally from Wisconsin, Diane came to Naples in 1988 and is currently a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA), Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (PAF); Southwest Florida Chapter Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (PAF-SWFLA) in which she served as Vice President for 2007-2008 term; and past member of the Gulfcoast Chapter Paralegal Association of Florida, Inc. (GCPAF) where she served as First Vice President in 2005-2006; Collier County Law Education Advisory Committee (LREA); National Association of Legal Secretaries (NALS); Florida Association of Legal Support Specialists (FALSS); Collier County Legal Secretaries Association (CCLAS) where she served as Secretary, Collier Legal Support Professionals (CLSP) where she served as Secretary for four years and Vice President for one year. Diane was the first recipient of the Collier County Legal Secretaries Association "Secretary of the Year" Award for 1996-1997. In 1997 she received the professional designation of Certified PLS, and in 2004 received the credentials of CP (Certified Paralegal); and in 2008 became a Florida Registered Paralegal.

Mary Jo is a Paralegal and joined the transactions department in 1994. Working under the direction of attorney Thomas A. Collins, II, she assists in the areas of real estate, corporate, probate and estate planning and has more than 20 years experience in the legal field. Mary Jo received an Associate Degree in Business from Phoenix College in 1980; a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Public Relations from Arizona State University in 1983 and, after moving to Naples in 1987, completed the Paralegal Program through Blackstone School of Law in 1993. Mary Jo was a board member of the Naples Jaycees; a parental member of the school advisory committee to assess school improvement; has been involved with the Cub and Boy Scouts program here in Collier County for almost 10 years and is a Certified Coach with the Woodside youth bowling program Currently, Mary Jo is a member of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida, an Affiliate of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc., the Paralegal Affiliate Council of Attorneys Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and the Moderator for the Naples DoubleTime Users Forum.
