Thomas A. Collins, is a founding partner of the law firm and the leads the firms transaction section. Mr. Collins has been practicing law in Collier County as a member of the firm since 1991. Prior to 1991, Mr. Collins practiced law in Kentucky. Mr. Collins handles both residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is an approved agent to issue title insurance policies for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Mr. Collins advises developers, business owners, landlords, and tenants. Mr. Collins also handles probate and trust matters and assists clients with estate, business and asset protection planning.
